About Paul

Paul Harrison is Lantern's Head of Operations, bringing 28 years of private equity fund administration, operations, and governance experience to how Lantern onboards clients and manages the systems that collect, verify, and deliver fund, portfolio, and investor data.

Paul joined Lantern as a Product Consultant before moving in-house. Before Lantern, he spent over two decades at Aztec Group, where he grew the firm's UK presence from three staff into a full service line, launched a serviced data offering to institutional clients including M&G and USS, and later led the firm's business operations at group level.

Outside of work he enjoys playing football and padel, and losing golf balls!
