About Mark

Mark Ellison is Lantern's Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 30 years of operations and commercial leadership across B2B technology to how firms move beyond manual, unverifiable reporting to data they can stand behind.

Before Lantern, Mark held the COO role at companies including Playable and Equine Register, where he ran senior leadership teams, owned finance, legal and client-facing functions, and built an offshore team in India. He also founded Brockworth Consulting, advising B2B SaaS companies on operating performance and transformation.

Outside work, Mark describes his life as a glide path through middle age, rebuilding his vinyl collection, overdoing it in the gym, and enjoying better wine than he did ten years ago.
