Lantern has appointed Paul Harrison as Product Consultant, further strengthening the company’s product development with deep operational experience in private markets.

Paul brings nearly three decades of private markets experience across the fund life-cycle covering operations, governance, and reporting. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with private equity and fund administration teams to navigate complex data environments, long reporting cycles, and the operational pressure that comes with them.

His appointment also reunites him with Chief Revenue Officer, Tony Poulson, who noted.

“Paul and I worked very closely together at the start of both our careers in private markets. He is someone whose vision I have always admired. I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with him again, and I know he will achieve great things with the team we have assembled at Lantern.”

    Tony Poulson, Chief Revenue Officer

In his role at Lantern, Paul will work closely with the product, client and engineering teams to ensure the platform continues to reflect how private markets firms operate.

Paul’s experience working with large funds of funds and institutional investors will be particularly key to how our platform serves these key stakeholders and personas.

    Jeff Williams, Chief Product Officer

Lantern works alongside your existing fund accounting systems, spreadsheets, and portfolio monitoring platforms to continuously validate and verify data in the background. By automating the checks teams already perform manually, Lantern helps reduce late-stage surprises, corrections, and reporting pressure, allowing teams to focus on review and decision-making rather than reconciliation.
